Multiple rounds of 3D printing and vacuum casting were conducted to refine the product and create functional prototypes. The final design adheres to safety standards and is made from medical-grade, BPA-free thermoplastic elastomer, ensuring it is safe for use with infants.

Medapti weighs only 6 grams and has dimensions of 62mm x 50mm x 43mm. It consists of a mouthguard and a tube where the syringe is inserted. The tube securely holds the syringe in place without the need for excessive force. Ventilation holes and a holder to pull Medapti out in case it gets stuck in the mouth are additional safety features. The product is packaged in a fully recyclable cardboard box, aligning with Medapti's commitment to sustainability.
